Child Fitness & Nutrition

Every child need to have a good and proper nutrition to grow and develop safely and healthier. And good nutrition not only means a variaty of healthy foods - lots os veggies, meat, milk, cereal, grains, and fish - but keeping them active with lots of physical activities during the day and trying to control the out of time snacks.

A healthy diet is not necessarily having quantities of  food and eating all day long, but eating properly a variaty of foods as possible and always rescpecting the meal time - breakfast, lunch and dinner - of course they can have snacks, children usually need them, but try to be selective on the choices, time and quantities.

Physical activities does not mean they need to be exercising all the time, but make it fun - outdoors activities, such as playing ball, tag are wonderful and children respond well to that. If they are suscetible to sports - good for you! Try to introduce one kind at a time, and maybe you will have a champion athelete.

In this section - Child Fitness & Nutrition - you will know everything that is to know to get your kids in a good shape and healthy.
